Zen Modern Asian Bistro is a family-run restaurant with tradition and innovation at its core. At the heart of the establishment is Head Chef Henry Yang, a Taiwan-born culinary master with more than 40 years of experience spanning throughout Taiwan, Thailand, and China.
Joining him are his two sons, Executive Chef Ethan Yang and Co-Owner Jonathan Yang, who help continue forward the family’s legacy that spans three generations.
Together, the Yang family strives to bring the best of both worlds to your table: innovative fusion dishes alongside beloved traditional favorites.

Meet Chef Henry Yang
Leading the kitchen is Chef Henry Yang, a Taiwanese-born culinary artist with over 40 years of experience. At almost 70 years old, he continues to keep his rich heritage and decades of expertise at the center of his career. Joining him are his two sons, Executive Chef Ethan Yang and Co-Owner Jonathan Yang.
Ethan Yang, a third-generation chef, grew up immersed in the traditional flavors and techniques of his family's kitchen, learning from his grandparents and father before embarking on his own culinary journey.
After years of mentorship, he has become are cognized chef and restaurateur at the Sky Deck, where he operates Glass Box, an award-winning sushi hotspot that has been one of the original anchors of the food hall collective.
